Featured Writer/Artist: Jess Berkun

Jess Berkun is a senior at NMHS and has been writing since about 5th grade. She learned to doodle/draw from often doing it in class and making it a habit that eventually grew. Jess's poetry is often existential and inspired by philosophy, psychology, and her own struggles with mental illness. She loves cats, sleeping, crying, and expressing herself in any way possible.
